Ravel's famous impressionistic Pavane, origianlly written for piano and later on scored by himself, was arranged for string orchestra with optional haroe by Wilhelm Kaiser-Lindemann. He also arranged this composition espacially for the 12 Cellists of the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra (see category Violoncello).
