The original manuscript of this short musical piece by W. A. Mozart was first discovered in 1976. Hitherto the composition was unknown to research and thus it is not included in the Köchel list either. This preludium-like composition in free agogic manner was surely intended for piano at first but it may be particularily suited for performance on the harpsichord or on the organ, too.
